The Embassy of Armenia in the Russian Federation and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MSIIR) have signed a Cooperation Agreement, the press service of the Embassy of Armenia in the Russian Federation reports.

The Cooperation Agreement was signed by Armenia’s Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan and Pro-Rector of the MSIIR for Education Andrey Baykov. It envisages the teaching of Armenian language at the Russian university, the creation of a platform in the area of Armenian studies, as well as the promotion of cooperation between Armenia’s universities and the MSIIR.
