YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan congratulated his French counterpart Nikolay Sarkozy for the French National Day – Bastille Day.

Sargsyan sent warm congratulations and wishes to French president and French people, Armenian president’s press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Armenian leader stressed in congratulation letter that relations with France have a special importance to Armenia. These relations are based on historical heritage, friendliness between two nations, consistent and principal policy implemented by France in international arena and French-Armenian community bridging the two states.
