Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree declaring 2022 the year of the Azerbaijani-occupied Armenian city of Shushi in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
According to Azerbaijani media, the cabinet of ministers of Azerbaijan has been instructed to prepare and implement a respective action plan.
