On January 6, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan together with high-ranking officials and representatives of the highest command staff of the Defense Army attended the Holy Liturgy served by Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan.
