US President Joe Biden named Vice President Kamala Harris as leader of the United States on Tuesday, during a speech at the Atlanta University Center.

"Last week, [Vice-ed.] President Harris and I stood in the United States Capitol to observe one of those “before and after” moments in American history," Biden said in Atlanta while speaking about the need for changes in federal election law.

The American media has consistently noted their president's reservations. This time, FoxNews drew attention to the slip of the tongue in its story.

Previously, Biden mistakenly referred to his vice president as head of state on December 17. In November, Harris did indeed serve as interim head of state while Biden was undergoing a medical examination. But her presidential term ended in 1 hour and 25 minutes.
