Anders Breivik has been denied parole. A district court in Norway ruled that Breivik, the anti-Muslim neo-Nazi who killed 77 people, must remain in prison, Sky News reported.

Breivik killed eight people with a car bomb in Oslo and then shot 69 others, most of them teenagers, at a Labor Party youth camp in July 2011.

Breivik was convicted on terrorism and murder charges in 2012 and sentenced to 21 years in prison, the maximum under Norwegian law.
