Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Kyiv. He intends to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy soon, the Turkish president tweeted.
"We arrived in Kyiv at the invitation of the President of Ukraine Zelenskyy to participate in the tenth meeting of the Supreme Strategic Council - a bilateral deliberative body created by Ankara and Kyiv in 2011," Erdogan said.
At the airport, Erdogan was met by a military guard, as well as a traditional treat with bread and salt.
