Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov on Baku's readiness for a constructive solution to the issue of demarcation and delimitation.

Earlier it was reported that Azerbaijan rejected the proposals of the Armenian side.

"Two weeks ago, Armenia made new proposals on the delimitation of the border with Azerbaijan," Bayramov said at a joint press conference with Hungarian Foreign and Trade Minister Peter Szijjártó, Azerbaijani media reported.

According to him, the Armenian side has set certain conditions for starting the work of the commission on delimitation and demarcation of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Bayramov in his turn said that Azerbaijan can start this process, but without any conditions, adding that there is no need for any "creative" approaches to the border delimitation issue.

Bayramov concluded by saying that Armenia, which "occupied Azerbaijani lands for 30 years", has neither legal nor political and moral right to put any conditions on the delimitation of borders, media reported.

It is evident that one of the mentioned "conditions" concerns the withdrawal of Azerbaijani units invading the sovereign territory of Armenia.
