BAKU. – An Azerbaijani soldier killed his fellow in Beylagan military unit of the Azerbaijani army.
Arif Jafarov opened fire on Hikmet Yusufov, Spokesman for Azerbaijani Defense Ministry Teymur Abdullayev told ANS PRESS. Yusufov received a gunshot wound and died at the scene.
Following the incident, Jafarov fled the location. An investigation is underway.
