Residential neighborhoods from the Walt Disney Company will appear in the United States. Complexes under the general name Storyliving by Disney will be equipped in the best traditions of famous cartoons, House Beautiful reported.
“For nearly 100 years, Disney has shared stories that have touched the hearts and minds of people all around the world,” said Josh D’Amaro, the chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, in a statement. “As we prepare to enter our second century, we are developing new and exciting ways to bring the magic of Disney to people wherever they are, expanding storytelling to storyliving." He adds that the iconic company "can’t wait to welcome residents to these beautiful and unique Disney communities where they can live their lives to the fullest.”
Real estate company BMB Development is helping to develop a new Disney project. Housing prices in the areas are not yet known. In each block, residents will be invited to join the club, members will be given access to additional events: seminars, courses and volunteer projects. At the moment, the location of only one complex is known - the Cotino quarter will be built in the city of Rancho Mirage in the California Coachella Valley, where the founder of the company Walt Disney lived with his family in the past.
