Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Sunday during a briefing broadcast on Ukraine 24 TV channel that Kyiv is not preparing shelling and provocations against Russia and wants peace.
"Ukraine is not planning or conducting any offensive military operations or provocations, sabotage, shelling of Russian territory. We do not seek war, we seek peace," Kuleba said.
Dmytro Kuleba also said that diplomacy continues to work over the conflict with Russia.
