Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will address the European Parliament Tuesday, the ZN.UA sources report.
The address is scheduled after 1pm—and in video format.
It will be about Ukraine's accession to the European Union (EU), and the current war in the country.
Zelenskyy on Monday signed an application for Ukraine to join the EU.
