The Parliamentary Committee for European Integration has prepared a draft resolution on Georgia's integration into the European Union, writes Intepressnews.
The 13-point draft calls on the EU membe states and EU institutions to take all necessary steps to accelerate Georgia's accession to the EU, in particular on the basis of Article 49 of the EU Agreement, in line with the European perspective.
The procedure for initiating the project began Wednesday.
