Ukrainian delegation arrived in Belarus for talks with the Russian side, RBC reported.
The start of the negotiations has been postponed several times. As a result, the Ukrainian delegation arrived in Belovezhskaya Pushcha by helicopter from Poland.
Earlier, head of the Russian delegation Vladimir Medinsky said that the second round of Russian-Ukrainian talks should be held in the Brest Region.
