The “Azov” militants blew up a building in Mariupol city, leaving 200 people—most of them women and children—in the rubble. This was announced Saturday by “Donetsk People's Republic” leader Denis Pushilin on the air of Russia 24 television, Donetsk News Agency reported.
He added that "[Ukrainian] nationalists continue to block the evacuation of civilians through humanitarian corridors."
Earlier in the day, a ceasefire was announced in Donbas to evacuate civilians from Mariupol and Volnovakha cities via humanitarian corridors.
