According to him, "it is difficult to imagine who will replace Russia in the EEU markets, taking into account that we have free movement of goods, services, capital, labor."

"We hope for the solidarity of our Eurasian partners, we hope that we will be able to endure in these difficult times. There is a whole range of tools that, as we had warned, need to be included. And they have been used—calculations in national currencies, opportunities for the engagement of our regional development banks for financing," said Pankin.
