The Azerbaijani government has sent another batch of humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine, RIA Novosti reported. It consists mainly of food and medicine.
The 380 tons of aid will be delivered to the Ukrainian capital Kyiv by a cargo plane—and at 9am local time.
Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladislav Kanevsky was on hand at the ceremony of this cargo’s sending from the Heydar Aliyev International Airport of the Azerbaijani capital Baku.
Earlier, medicines and medical equipment were sent to Ukraine on behalf of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
