GORNO ALTAYSK. - Leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), vice-speaker of the State Duma Vladimir Zhirinovsky believes that the Third World War is already in process. The existing situation in the Southern Caucasus is related to it.

“There is no war in Europe. However, it has already started in 1991 when 33 states attacked Iraq. Then Yugoslavia, Afghanistan were attacked. Now Northern Africa is under attack,” Zhirinovksy told at the meeting with Altai residents.

The vice-speaker told that the war approaches also Russia, as Syrian refugees are already in Turkey. A little stir will make Turkey and Azerbaijan attack Armenia to dispute over Karabakh issue. Iran will protect Armenia, Turkey will protect Azerbaijan.
