The head of the National Defense Management Center of Russia, Mikhail Mizintsev, said that Melitopol and Kherson are under full control of the Russian Armed Forces, RIA Novosti reported.

He added that the Russian Armed Forces constantly record all changes in the situation on humanitarian routes.

"Once again we inform you that the above cities are under our full control, their population continues to live a peaceful life and is provided with everything necessary. There are no problems in providing assistance to the inhabitants of these settlements," he said.
