Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed the latest developments in Ukraine during phone talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Monday, a Turkish Foreign Ministry source told RIA Novosti.
"Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu had a phone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov today. During the meeting they discussed the latest developments in Ukraine," the source said.
