TBILISI. - Georgian border guards arrested a Georgian citizen Babak Nagiev on charges of gold smuggling on the Georgian-Azerbaijani border.
Nagiyev hid 1 kg of gold in an attempt to cross the border, Medianews agency reports.
Nagiyev is Azerbaijani by origin. He may spend 5-7 years in prison
