STEPANAKERT. – President of Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan accepted chief military inspector of Armenia’s President, Lieutenant-Colonel Mikael Harutyunyan on Wednesday.
The two high-ranking officials discussed army building issues, particularly fighting efficiency and combat readiness of the defense army during the meeting, NKR presidential press service reports.
