Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said he will hold talks with delegations from Moscow and Kiev before their meeting in Istanbul.
"We plan to hold talks with the delegations before their meeting," Erdogan said in a statement to the media after a cabinet meeting.
The talks between the Moscow and Kiev delegations are scheduled for Tuesday at the Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul.
