The three-hour talks between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul are over, Turkish media reported.

The first round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine took place on February 28, then the delegations met two more times, after which the negotiation process switched to video format. Within the diplomatic forum in Antalya, a meeting of the foreign ministers of the two states was held.
