Australia will ban the export of luxury goods to Russia, including wine, expensive cosmetics and luxury car parts.

According to the country's Foreign Ministry, the ban follows targeted financial sanctions against President Putin, members of his government, Russian oligarchs, propagandists and disinformation specialists, and top Russian military leaders.

The Australian Government reiterates its unwavering support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as the people of Ukraine.
