Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov held a phone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu on Tuesday, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.

"The two sides exchanged views on the current situation in the South Caucasus, including the implementation of trilateral statements, and also discussed the situation in Ukraine," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Bayramov and Cavusoglu also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
