No violations have been detected in the zone of responsibility of the Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"The Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to carry out tasks on the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Russian peacekeepers are monitoring the situation and controlling the observance of the ceasefire regime round the clock at twenty-seven observation posts.

No violations have been recorded in the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.

Patrols were conducted along four routes in the districts of Askeran, Martakert and Martuni and in the Lachin corridor.

Peacekeeping contingent engineer teams continue to check and clear terrain from mines and unexploded ordnance. Within a day, 0.25 hectares of territory were cleared and one explosive ordnance was neutralized.

A total of 2,359.95 hectares of territory, 689.5 kilometers of roads and 1,937 buildings have been cleared of unexploded mines and shells since 23 November 2020 and 26,258 explosive objects have been found and defused.

To ensure the security of Russian peacekeepers and to prevent possible incidents, continuous interaction is maintained with the general staffs of the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Armenia," the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
