Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan appointed ambassadors, the Office of the President of the republic said.

According to one of the decrees, Sos Avetisyan, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Kingdom of Spain, was also appointed ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Andorra (residence in Madrid).

By another decree, Varuzhan Nersesyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, has been appointed Ambassador to Ireland (residence in London).

By another decree, Armen Ghevondyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
