South Korea will lift most coronavirus restrictions next week, Reuters reports.

From April 18, the requirement to close restaurants and other businesses at midnight will be lifted, as well as the restriction on private gatherings of no more than 10 people, Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum said.

Wearing masks is still mandatory indoors. Regarding wearing masks outdoors, Kim said the government would consider lifting existing restrictions in two weeks, depending on the virus situation.
