I do not think that a major document related to Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] will be signed in Moscow. Artur Vanetsyan, the leader of the "With Honor" Faction of the National Assembly of Armenia, on Tuesday told this to reporters at Freedom Square in downtown Yerevan—and with respect to PM Nikol Pashinyan’s visit to the Russian capital today.
"Yes, there will be a document on Armenian-Russian bilateral relations. As for Armenia, Artsakh, Armenian-Turkish, Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, I believe no issue will be discussed during this visit," Vanetsyan added.
