YEREVAN. – Yerevan City Hall plans to import 400 buses from China, Mayor Karen Karapetyan told on Monday.

He was on official visit in China by the invitation of the Beijing Mayor Guo Jin Long on July 26-30. Armenian delegation signed a contract with a Chinese major company that produces buses. Based on the contract, Armenian capital will import 400 buses. Armenian delegation held a working meeting with the transportation committee of Beijing. Armenians offered their Chinese colleagues to make investments in Armenia.

Yerevan Mayor also met the president of Huawei technologies, one of world famous companies in the telecommunications sphere. Both sides discussed founding a branch of the company in Armenia and issues on possible cooperation.
