Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived Wednesday in the occupied Armenian Shushi, where the 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis will be held on April 22, the Azerbaijani press reported.

As previously reported, the event is expected to be attended by about 400 representatives of the diaspora from 65 countries. After the official opening ceremony of the congress, speeches with a report on the activities of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora, the organization of discussions are envisaged.
