Russian Foreign Ministry published a list of citizens of Canada, who are denied entry into the country.

In total, the list includes 592 high-ranking representatives of Canada, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly, as well as senators, judges, high-ranking representatives of the Armed Forces and others.

"We emphasize that from the Russian side these kinds of sanctions are imposed involuntarily and solely as a reaction to the hostile actions of the Canadian leadership. Russia strives for mutually respectful and good neighborly relations with the Canadian people, calling on the authorities in Ottawa to abandon its Russophobic course, which deprives the country of independence in foreign policy and does not meet its national interests," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
