YEREVAN. – The avenues for introducing in Armenia the garbage collection fee calculation methodology and garbage collection self cost coverage system were discussed at the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia—and within the framework of the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange (TAIEX) instrument of the European Commission.

Visiting Lithuanian experts presented the respective track record of their country, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

During the three-day visit of the experts, the garbage collection systems of the capital Yerevan and Abovyan city were also studied on the spot. And based on the results of this study and discussion, the experts submitted relevant recommendations.
