Hungarian President Janos Ader asked Prime Minister Viktor Orban to form a new government and announced that he would again propose his candidacy for the post of prime minister at the inaugural meeting of the new parliament.
The President also noted that the elections were legal, constitutional, free and democratic and the legitimacy of the new parliament is not up for debate.
Orban promised Ader that he would form a government capable of protecting the country in the coming years.
Hungary must be protected from external influences in a decade full of dangers, he said. According to him, he is discussing with candidates for ministers.
