Hungary continues to block the European Union's proposal to ban Russian oil imports, holding back the bloc's package of sanctions against Russia, Bloomberg wrote, citing its own sources.
A meeting of EU 27 ambassadors ended Sunday without an agreement, but talks are expected to resume in the coming days, the agency's sources said.
The EU has insisted that the process be completed in time for Monday's Victory Day military parade.
