New Zealand will fully open its international borders from July 31, with cruise ships also returning to local ports on the same day, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said, Reuters reported.
The opening of the border at the end of July, two months earlier than planned, means that foreigners will be able to visit New Zealand.
Ardern said opening up borders would help open up tourism and make immigration conditions safer.
