YEREVAN. – Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan on Friday received members of training delegations of the capital city and ten famous athletes who will open the ceremony of fifth Pan-Armenian Games. It will be held on August 13-21.

The mayor expressed hope that young athletes of the capital will show good results in the tournament, press service of the city hall informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. Trainers of 12 teams for 10 types of sports presented the readiness of the teams. According to them, teams are ready to compete for higher titles in the fifth Pan-Armenian Games.

The unsolved issues found their solution immediately during the meeting in the city hall. Besides, the mayor noted he will personally follow the process of the games and the athletes in the competing arena.
