YEREVAN. - The number of old people found dead in Armenia has recently increased.
The rescue service received a call on August 6 saying a resident of a Yerevan apartment is not responding to phone calls and door knocking.
The rescuers hurried to open the door of an apartment where they found the body of 71-year-old Makruhi Chanchyan.
On the same day 78-aged Yeranos Melikyan was found dead by the rescuers in his apartment in the Armenian capital.
