MOSCOW. - Armenia and North Ossetia have considerable potential for investment cooperation, said Deputy Prime Minister of North Ossetia-Alania Alexander Totoonov to noar.ru after his meeting with Armenia’s trade representative in Russia Karen Asoyan.

According to Totoonov, North Ossetia appreciates the significance of the economic viability of commercial relations between Vladikavkaz and Yerevan.

"Due to circumstances beyond our control, in recent years the intensity of our relations is low. I welcome the positive dynamics of lifting tariff barriers on Armenian goods’ import to Russia,” said Tatoonov.

The sides held in depth discussions on prospects of economic cooperation between Armenia and North Ossetia.
