Mnatsakan Stepanyan with his VAZ-2109 vehicle ran over Armine Hakobyan, 36, and her 10-year-old boy in Sayat Nova Street. As a result of the accident the child was not injured. However, his mother’s condition is critical. Investigation is underway. The man voluntarily came to police.
