As a result of clashes between police officers and members of the Resistance Movement near the 3rd building of the complex of government buildings on May 30, the T-shirt of the vice-speaker of the parliament from the opposition, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, was torn.
The police took Saghatelyan away from the building. He sat down at the entrance to the Republic Square subway station, drank some water and poured it on his head.
