Israel's defense minister expressed interest in boosting military sales to Europe amid the war in Ukraine and Russia, but declined to expand Germany's ability to buy Israeli interceptor missiles, Reuters reported.

German army commander General Eberhard Zorn said earlier that he was considering purchasing interceptors from Israel or the US to defend against threats, including Russian Iskander missiles in Kaliningrad.

Such deals are not reported in the media, said Defense Minister Benny Gantz, while noting the increase in German defense spending after the war in Ukraine.
