The trilateral working group on unblocking transport communications held 8 official meetings in 2021. The organization of border control of various cargoes was discussed.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan noted that there is an agreement and a common understanding between the parties that all communications should operate under the jurisdiction of the country through which they pass.
"Therefore, the statements of the Azerbaijani side to the contrary have no grounds," Mirzoyan noted.
