YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Nature Protection received a call that trees were cut near the village Marmarik on August 5.
In response to the alarm, the employees of the ministry studied the case and found out that a total of 28 pine-trees have been cut, ministry press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
A protocol was prepared, the harm to the plants amounts to AMD 2.263 million. The Ministry forwarded the file to the Kotayk police to find those who did the illegal action.
