Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett arrived in Abu Dhabi on Thursday for talks with United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett arrived in Abu Dhabi to meet with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, the statement said.

During the day, the Israeli prime minister and the UAE president will hold a bilateral meeting, as well as take part in an expanded working meeting together with their advisers, the office noted.

The leaders will discuss various regional issues. This will be their third meeting in recent months, having previously met in Abu Dhabi last December and Egypt this March.

Israeli radio Kan notes that the visit was not announced in advance.
