Armenian citizens have to pay AMD 9,500 (U.S. $ 25) at customs offices to cross the Georgian-Armenian border, Ekho Kavkaz reports referring to IPN.
However, Armenian tourists are not going to refuse to travel to the Georgian Black Sea coast. They believe they will replenish the budget of Armenia.
“If I travel to Georgia even for one day, I still have to pay money. No one knows why the money is paid,” an Armenian citizen said.
