Iranian intelligence services announced the arrest of a man linked to the spying operations of two French citizens in Iran, Mehr reported.
According to his information, he was arrested while trying to flee the country with the support of opposition groups. The detainee coordinated the actions of two French spies seeking to sow chaos in the country.
On 12 May, the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence announced the arrest of two French spies, Cecile Kohler and Jacques Paris "for trying to spread chaos and social unrest" in Iran during the teachers' protests. They arrived in Iran as tourists on 28 April.
