YEREVAN. – The advocate of Manvel Hazroyan Edmon Marukyan will appeal against the sentence of Armenian First Instance Court for his defendant.

The court decision has already been obtained. Currently he prepares the appeal, as his defendant disapproves it, the advocate told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

As was informed earlier, Hazroyan, while in military service, killed four Armenian servicemen on November 19, 2010 in Jebrail unit of Karabakh. The judge announced life sentence verdict for him. However, Hazroyan threw a bottle on the judge, when the latter announced the verdict. This caused reason for instigating the second criminal case against Hazroyan.
