In the Armenian Armed Forces' calendar July 8 is celebrated as the Day of Radiation, Chemical, Biological Defense Troops, the Ministry of Defense informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The aforesaid troops are included in military security, as they ensure the constant monitoring of the radiological, chemical, and biological situation in the Armed Forces of Armenia—and using the principles of integrated management.

Conceptual changes have been implemented in this domain by expanding operative actions, tasks, and processes during military operations and terrorism.
